Delivery Zones & Timelines

Tamil Nadu

2–4 business days

Free on orders above ₹500; ₹50 below

Rest of India

4–7 business days

Free on orders above ₹999; ₹80 below

International

10–21 business days

Calculated at checkout based on weight & destination

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2 pm IST (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm or on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is shipped.

Packaging

All books are packed in rigid cardboard mailers or bubble-wrap envelopes to prevent damage in transit. For orders containing more than five books, we use double-walled boxes. We use minimal plastic — most of our packaging is recyclable.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you after dispatch. You can also check your shipment status under Account → My Orders at any time. For international orders, tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect once the parcel leaves India.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Delivery estimates are guidelines, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to courier network issues, customs clearance (for international orders), or extreme weather. If your parcel has not arrived 3 days after the estimated date, please contact us at ccare@noolulagam.com with your order ID.

Pre-order & Out-of-Stock Items

If your order contains a pre-order or out-of-stock item, the entire order is held until all items are available. If you prefer quicker delivery of in-stock items, please place separate orders.
